Saturday February 1, 1902 – Stayed at home and quilted on quilt.
Sunday February 2, 1902 – Will’s and us went up to Mother’s for dinner. A terrible cold day.
Monday February 3, 1902 – Stayed at home finished quilt and tried to keep warm.
Tuesday February 4, 1902 – Stayed at home and got dinner for Frank. He came over and spent part of the day. Coldest day yet. 28 below zero.
Wednesday February 5, 1902 – Stayed at home and finished my hood, and went to Lodge in the evening. Took in 4 members. Mr. And Mrs. John Locklin, Mrs. Sarah Landon and Mr. Tom Devlin. Howard and Bertie were both varinated tonight.
Thursday February 6, 1902 – Stayed at home in forenoon, and done housework. Mr. Ed Junk’s have a fine boy born this morning, weight 10 lbs. Went up to town in the afternoon.
Friday February 7, 1902 – Stayed at home and done housework. Bertie was sick part of the day. Sale day.
Saturday February 8, 1902 – Stayed at home and sewed up Gingham skirt, Frank’s were over in the afternoon. Helped haul straw. Helped Celia cut her skirt out and partly make.
Sunday February 9, 1902 – Stayed at home. Father and Mother were out for dinner. Not any of us feeling very well. Pretty day but cold.
Monday February 10, 1902 – Stayed at home and washed, cleaning house and general housework.
Tuesday February 11, 1902 – Nice day but cold and bright. Ironed in the forenoon and not feeling very well. Mother and Amelia Arnold stopped a short time in the evening. Housework and sewing.
Wednesday February 13, 1902 – Spent the day with Mother visiting with Amelia. Had a pleasant time, pleasant day.
Thursday February 13, 1902 – Stayed at home and sewed and went over to Madyie in the afternoon a short time. Churned and got quite a bit of butter. Weather warm.
Friday February 14, 1902 – Stayed at home, didn’t feel very well. Mended. Warm day.
Saturday February 15, 1902 – Stayed at home in the forenoon and done housework and went over to Will’s with Mother in the afternoon. Warm day.
Sunday February 16, 1902 – Frank took sick today. Throat trouble. Went up home and attended church for the second time this winter. The day was nice and warm, snowed most of the day.
Monday February 17, 1902 – Went over to Celia’s to help take care of Frank. Warm nice day. Helped Celia finish her quilt.
Tuesday February 18, 1902 – Stayed to home and washed, done housework.
Wednesday February 19, 1902 – Stayed home and churned, baked, and sewed carpet rags. Went to lodge in the evening and stayed all night at Mother’s.
Thursday February 20, 1902 – Up at mother’s visiting and having a good time. Made two calls, called on Maud Eilsey in forenoon and paid a visit on school and called on Mrs. Rob Locklin in the afternoon.
Friday February 21, 1902 – Stayed to home and ironed and done housework, nice warm day.
Saturday February 22, 1902 – Stayed at home and done up housework. Nice day.
Sunday Februay 23, 1902 – At home. Frank is better. Last night his worse night. Went up this afternoon to see Mattie Junk’s baby. Nice warm day.
Monday February 24, 1902 – Nice day. Went over and helped Celia wash. Came home in the afternoon, worked on my rug. Awful tired.
Tuesday February 25, 1902 – Stayed home and washed, ironed and general housework. Nice day. Sale at Arthur Edgar.
Wednesday Feburary 26, 1902 – Went up home and spent part of the time at Mrs. Lillie Landon’s. Took dinner with her. Bertie was not feeling well today.. Came home and helped Ma get supper. Bertie feeling better.
Thursday February 27, 1902 – At home churning, an awful day raining very bad. Finished my waist and sewed carpet rags. Worked on my cover in the evening.
Friday February 28, 1902 – At home doing housework, a bad day raining.
